Who we are

Titan Tire & Wheels serves customers in Madison, Nashville, and surrounding areas. This policy explains how we handle information through titantirewheels.com, our online quote and contact forms, customer accounts, advertising lead forms, and related customer communications.

Information we collect

Information you provide. When you request a quote, contact the shop, or submit an advertising lead form, we receive the details you provide. These may include your name, phone number, email address, vehicle year/make/model, VIN when needed for fitment, tire size, product interests, quantity, requested service, and messages or photos you choose to send. Different forms request different information.

Customer accounts. If you register for an available Titan Tire & Wheels Club account, we collect registration and sign-in information, including your name, email, and password, together with your account-terms acceptance. You may also provide optional phone and vehicle information, product interests, and email preferences. Please do not send your password to us in a message or quote request.

Website activity. Our website and technology providers may receive information such as your IP address, browser and device information, referring website, pages and products viewed, approximate location, and interactions with call, directions, quote, and other links. Cookies, browser storage, tags, and similar technologies support website functions, preferences, analytics, and advertising measurement.

Calls and messages. When you contact us, we receive the information you share and may receive related contact and communication details. Advertising call reporting may provide information such as call time, duration, source, and available caller details. Clicking a call button and completing a phone call are different activities that may be measured separately.

Please do not send payment-card details, government identification, or other sensitive information through general inquiry forms or messages.

How we use information

We use information, as relevant to your interaction with us, to:

• Respond to questions, prepare quotes, discuss fitment and availability, and arrange requested service.
• Manage customer accounts, preferences, service communications, and related records.
• Send optional marketing communications when you have chosen to receive them and applicable requirements are met.
• Understand website use, measure advertising, and improve our website and customer experience.
• Protect our systems, prevent misuse, resolve disputes, and meet applicable obligations.

Submitting a quote or contact request lets us respond about that request using the contact information provided. It does not enroll you in ongoing marketing. Optional Club marketing email is a separate choice, not a condition of requesting a quote or creating an account.

Cookies, analytics, and Google services

Optional first-party usage analytics. Our site offers an “Anonymous site analytics” choice. If you allow it, this feature uses a random identifier saved in your browser to count visits, product interest, and website interactions. Its event payload does not include your name, email, phone number, or message content. This description applies to that feature—not to all information received by website servers or third-party services. A random identifier can still distinguish a browser over time.

Google services. We use Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, with Google Tag Manager managing certain website tags. These services help measure visits and advertising-related actions. Depending on settings and consent choices, Google may receive page addresses, IP addresses, device information, interactions, and cookie or advertising identifiers, and may set or read cookies. Google explains its processing in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and its Privacy Policy.

Your choices. You may decline the optional first-party analytics feature using “No thanks.” To reset that choice, clear Titan's site data in your browser, revisit the site, and decline when prompted; clearing site data may also remove saved preferences or sign you out. That choice is not a blanket control for Google or other third-party services. You can also manage browser cookies, review Google's advertising controls, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Each control has its own scope and does not necessarily stop every form of data collection.

Advertising lead forms and outside platforms

If you submit a Titan lead form hosted by Google, Google sends us the information you choose to submit, such as your name, email, and phone number. We use it to follow up on your request. Google's handling of information on its platform is also governed by its own privacy policy.

If you contact us through WhatsApp or another social platform, we receive your messages and the profile or contact details that the platform makes available to us. These platforms have their own practices; see the WhatsApp Privacy Policy where relevant. Following a map, social-media, or other external link takes you to a service governed by its own privacy terms.

How information is shared

Information is available to the owner and authorized personnel who need it for the purposes described here. We may share relevant information with providers supporting website hosting, customer communications, account operation, analytics, advertising measurement, and technical support. Google and messaging platforms may also process information for their own purposes under their policies.

We may disclose information when legally required, to protect rights or safety, to address fraud or misuse, or at your direction. We do not treat a quote request as permission to publish your contact details, messages, or photos in advertising.

Retention and security

We retain information for the purposes for which it was collected, taking into account the status of your inquiry or account, service and recordkeeping needs, applicable retention requirements, and dispute resolution. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or de-identified under our retention practices, subject to necessary backup and legal-retention limitations.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, messaging service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Requests and communication preferences

We may need information reasonably necessary to verify the request. We will address requests as required by applicable law; some records may need to be retained for legitimate or legal reasons.

For optional marketing email, use the unsubscribe option in the message or available account preferences. You may also contact us for help. Opting out of marketing does not prevent communications necessary to handle a request, service, or account. This policy is not consent to automated marketing calls or texts.

Children and policy updates

Our website and customer programs are intended for customers seeking automotive products and services, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and address it.

We may update this policy as our practices change. The published version will show its effective date, and we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.
